Pam Kemp is the Vice President of Sales at Zenger Folkman, where she and her team consult with Fortune 500 companies to implement large-scale performance improvement initiatives. Delivering measureable results, these programs drive employee engagement, reduce turnover, improve customer service and increase profitability.
With over 20 years experience as a corporate executive, her leadership expertise has been developed and honed in multiple industries. She has achieved outstanding success and brings invaluable knowledge for developing people and building strategic focus that drives business results. This accomplishment has enabled her to work with many different industries including some of the most respected and prominent organizations in the world, i.e., Cummins Inc., Kohler, Mettler-Toledo, Eaton Corporation, Ashley Furniture, Nationwide Insurance, Country and Allstate Insurance to name a few. Her leadership experience is unique and covers sales organization development, new channel development, customer loyalty, performance measurement and improvement and operations management. She is a certified facilitator in many renowned leadership, sales and customer service programs.
Prior to joining Zenger Folkman, Pam was Regional Vice President for AchieveGlobal. Most recently she joined Andersen Corporation and was General Manager for Renewal by Andersen for their Chicago branch.
Originally from Utah, she currently resides in Chicago with her husband and two wonderful sons. Clearly her passion is developing leaders, whether in her professional or personal life. She is an active spectator at her children’s activities and finds relaxation in music, reading and gardening.
